A donation is made to the Uganda Conservation Foundation (UCF) for all tours that travel to Murchison Falls or Kidepo Valley National Parks, Uganda.

The UCF is a UK charity and Uganda non-profit, providing proactive solutions to conservation problems. They work closely with the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) and park-adjacent communities in all five key elephant habitat areas including Queen Elizabeth, Murchison Falls, Kibale Forest and Kidepo Valley National Parks and Toro – Semliki Wildlife Reserve.

The UCF is tackling the important conservation and human wildlife conflict issues with a number of activities including conservation education, anti poaching, community livelihoods, law enforcement, veterinary capabilities and habitat restoration. With these efforts it is hoped that Uganda’s megafuna will recover to their former numbers last seen in the 1960’s.
